  • Demonstrated experience working on Enterprise Asset Management projects and/or programs.
  • Bachelors or masters degree in information technology, or a related field
  • 10+ years of experience in Sr. Project Management and/or program management, with a proven track record of managing large ($20+ Million budget), complex, multi-disciplinary projects
  • Experience leading high-budget, high-stake complex initiatives in organizations undergoing significant transformation
  • Experience working on an initiative that is part of a larger program
  • Prior experience working with cross-functional teams (software engineering, infrastructure, security, Data, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies with the ability to tailor approaches based on project needs
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams (software engineering, infrastructure, security, operations, etc.), ensuring alignment and collaboration across diverse stakeholders
  • Understanding of change management processes, driving transformation initiatives while ensuring successful adoption by all involved parties.Have worked with Change Manager (OCM).
